The Horizon Crest Community Association gives all of us a stronger combined voice with the City of Bellevue than any of us might have individually.

The HCCA is more than a legally incorporated association. It is you and your neighbors. Our tradition of participation as a homeowner or resident has traditionally been well-received; at least to the extent of paying the modest annual dues to the association. Many participate even more pro-actively by also volunteering for committees, the board of directors, an area representative, or by helping to organize neighborhood events or welcome new neighbors.

The greater our participation, the less time required by each volunteer to accomplish the tasks of the association, such as neighborhood cleanup day, distribution and publication of the newsletter, and maintenance of the landscaped islands. We all have busy schedules, and the activities of the association are always adjusted to avoid conflicts with individual activities.
