Vicki discussed plans for Spring Clean-up. Saturday and Sunday, June 5 & 6, 9:00am to 12:00pm
Card table with coffee and donuts
Sign-up sheet for summer watering
Plan for cleanup of islands and sidewalks
Use of paper bags for clippings/pick-up by volunteer trucks
Call for board member to bring yard tools
Placement of flyers on mailboxes to remind residents of Saturday clean-up
Discussion on option of buying bark for islands at later date. Vicki was to call Angelo's and other businesses. Vicki will email cost details.

Treasurer Report: Eric circulated detailed financial report
Projected $250 available for neighborhood enhancement
Actual income: 865.86

Membership Report: Christina presented packets and contents
Reported that surveys are progressing
Results will be presented by area and totals
Total cost was $1100, underwritten by $700 for a total of $400 to association
All members present gave compliments to Christina by for her hard work and fortitude on membership project.
Discussion on possibility of packet enhancement for new homeowners to include gift cards from Home Depot and Albertsons: Eric will contact HD; Christina will contact Albertsons
